I want to buy a mjm london fuzz soon but I've heard that it won't sound good with my crybaby gcb 95 because i don't have a true bypass and a buffer. Is it true ? If so, can I go to my music shop and ask them to intall me the bypass ? I know there are tons of sites that shows how to do it but i suck in electronics. THanks !

It's not the bypass; it's the buffer.

But as long as someone is in there installing a proper output buffer on the crybaby, they might as well put in a true bypass switch, as well.

There are plenty of places that will do it for you. Your local music shop might, but make sure they know what they're doing. They probably don't, at least on the buffer portion.

MrSage is right - you may need to have both "operations" done.

True bypass is done to stop the wah (when turned off) messing with the sound of the fuzz.

The output buffer is designed to help the wah cut through the fuzz when both pedals are on.
