That one is just a goof off song, most of their stuff isn't parody.

 

Although, they did do this clever parody (the only other one I know of), which I didn't know was a parody the first time I heard it, several years ago. Just today, after finally having gotten around to listening to Surfer Rosa, did I get the joke.
