Every chapter of this book is a perfect Bell Curve of writing style. I will summarize:

Chapter Whatever

Jazz is okay, but I hate writing about it and I haven't had my coffee yet. So go listen to a record and leave me alone.

In other words, Blabby McBlabberson was the best saxophonist, like, ever!

Intellectual conceit, big grad school words, and hyperbole.

His style is reflected in the insanely loud television in the other room.

Christ I'm tired. Go listen to a record and leave me alone.
