Members BmoreTele Posted November 22, 2005 Members Posted November 22, 2005 I believe there are two different kinds of fx loops with delays. Both apply whatever effect you have in the loop to the delays only. One runs the effected delay back out into the loop over and over (or as many times as you select with the feedback/repeats control). The other one only applies the effect in the loop one time to the delay(s) as they go out the output jack to the amp. The Keeley DD3 and the Quicksilver do the multi-layered feedback thing. I'm not sure about the others. Or you could take any delay with dry and wet outs and just run the wet signal through whatever effect you want and then blend that signal back in with a mixer or something like a DOD 240 or run both lines into an effect with stereo ins.
