Members keano Posted November 25, 2005 Members Posted November 25, 2005 I have the NS-2 in front of my amp last in chain of fx right before the amp. My question is on the return/sends... how do I use these? Are these for my FX Loop? Thanks
Members Robbert Posted November 25, 2005 Members Posted November 25, 2005 Return/send is for you pedal loop. Put your noisy pedals (fuzzes?) in this loop and you can decrease the noise.I had a NS-2 for a while, but I noticed some dynamics were lost too. I rather have a little more noise
Members keano Posted November 25, 2005 Author Members Posted November 25, 2005 Whats the difference if I just leave it last before amp and don't use the send/returns?
Members Jops Posted November 25, 2005 Members Posted November 25, 2005 Hey Man, try the NS-2 in the fx loop of your amp (if it has one) BEFORE any delay pedals for best results, you won't notice as much 'dynamics' loss there, just don't suppress too hard.NS-2 pedals boost the signal by just the tiniest, little bit too.The loop on the pedal is for any particular effects you might have that cause noise... like for example every Electro Harmonix pedal ever built.Cool?
