Members phishmarisol Posted December 31, 2005 Members Posted December 31, 2005 I'm 400 miles from home seeing my favorite band for 3 nights with no guitar. Their guitar player has inspired me as much as anyone and as much as I am looking forward to the final show tonight I am dying to play my guitar tomorrow.
Members DaSkip Posted January 1, 2006 Members Posted January 1, 2006 Well I've been there, if I were a road warrior I'd buy a Baby Taylor. They play well and sound pretty damn good. Enjoy the shows.....Is Trey playing? Happy New Year, my friend.
Members thepoisonchef Posted January 1, 2006 Members Posted January 1, 2006 sometimes the best way to get inspired to play guitar is to stay away from it awhile, when you watch people play guitar and it inspires you to play, this is a cheap inspirational trick you put on yourself...
Members Robert Keeley Posted January 1, 2006 Members Posted January 1, 2006 No kidding chef! That's the worst, longing pain...wanting an axe and not a damn thing around to pick on! Videos will do it too, once you see the "magic" exposed...then you feel like you can play it...until then it's often a mystery. rk
