They're pretty solid.

Their value depends on the individual pedal. The octave isn't worth more than $150 or so (maybe $200 if the market is being generous), but it's supposedly a great octave.

I've got two Pearl choruses, myself. They're pretty sweet, as they have a tone control and a mix knob (so you can go 100% wet for true pitch-shift vibrato).

I was watching a pearl analogue delay on ebay last week. The seller later added a message about 'considering serious offers' , like a quasi-BIN where ebay is shafted. I offered him 70 pounds, the innuendo in his response was that I was lowballing him. It sold for 67 pounds.

Haha, nice.

Yeah, I'd love to try one of those out. They're supposed to be quite nice.

I'd actually LOVE to check one of these out:

have had:

4 of the double choruses
3 ods
the phaser
the para eq

and have played alot of the others...

good stuff, but not worth that!

Is the Para EQ the "Thriller" or is that something else? I'm intrigued by the name alone, but they seem to be commanding $100 at the moment.

Info about that double delay cropped up in a delay thread recently. Apparantly there is a pause when switching between the two settings, making it pretty much impossible to smoothly jump between delay times mid song.

That's a notched filter, I believe. Like a set wah or Keeley Nova Wah kind of thing.

There's a separate parametric EQ:

no its different. its something like the boss spectrum apparently. never played it

i played the double delay. i wasnt impressed, it didnt feedback and the signal wasnt as thick as a boss dm2. the sinle one was ok but still not a boss. id played it again if i could but i would shell pout top bucks for it. my guyatone delay for the 80s is dual and can switch bewteen, via a foot switch

the pearl octaver is really cool coz it's one of the very few who has 2 octaves down and 1 octave up so you really have a large spectrum covered.

Now I got mine for about 40 quid.
I wouldn't believe that it's worth more than 60-70 pound max.
maybe 100 if in pristine condition with box and still...
