Hi guys

Both these wahs have similar features....what I want to know is, what kind of a volume boost can you get out of the RMC2??I know the dunlop has a decent boost, but I don't know about the RMC2.

Does it give a volume boost at all, and if it does is it enough to cut through for a screamin' wah solo??!!

It does give a volume boost, though I usually run it before my compressor so I can't tell you how MUCH of a boost.

However, Geoffrey Teese is very good about answering emails and could tell you the specifics. Hit him at his website.

You won't notice any volume boost that much on dirtier channels. Cleans will really spike though ...of course it all depends on pick ups etc., also ...but typically dirty channels will compress the input signal more so the volume boost will be effectively attenuated
