Members fragglerick
So I'm building an MXR Micro Amp clone from General Guitar Gadgets and i can't find a 15uf electrolyctic cap.I was told that I could substitute it with a 22uf. Is this true? What other substitutions can I make that will be safe? Thanks
Members hempathy
Hi The 15uF is just a DC blocking output cap, you can replace it with any value you want, socket the component and try different values. The lower value the cap the less bass. Personally I would use a 10uF cap there.
