Computer Guitarists - ditch those amp sims - try this baby! A great Tube sound

I have almost every amp sim out there - Amplitube, Guitar Rig, Rock Amp Legends (my newest one), etc. I find this plug-in combined with a few of the built-in ones gives me a warm tube sound that no commercial sim seems to be able to do. I'm using a Mac G5 running Logic Express but it's available for windows too as a VST plug-in and I'm using a built-in reverb and compressor but the plug-in by itself is 99% of it. The plug-in is PSP's Vintage Warmer

I hookup my guitar into an AUDIO BUDDY (small preamp from M-Audio - $49 at the guitar center) - added gain can be added from the preamp too as it has individual gain knobs

here's some pics of the screen:

sounds like a tube amp and adjustments allow for more breakup and "crunch" - awesome vintage sound - sounds like an old Vox amp. Amazing sound from a digital setup.

There are TONS of free amp sims. I have 43 of them in my amp sims folder! Check it:

My current favorite is the SimulAnalog JCM900 with their SD-1 in front of it:

Of course, these sims only sound good if you use a DI box or Hi-Z input to get your guitar into the computer.
