Members drmanbear
I'm having a friend of mine build me a delay pedal. I believe it's based off an AD9, but I could be wrong. Anyway, he's also gutting a wah pedal, and taking the delay time pot out of the delay pedal, and into the wah pedal. Basically, so you can set the delay time with your foot. Also, I could use it as an expression pedal of sorts, and get that weird sound you get by twisting the delay time knob on an analog delay while there's signal going through. My question is, are there any builders or modders out there who already do this?
Members H S
Great idea. Love those dub sounds. And you won't need tap tempo.
Members SpectralJulian
Yeah, I did it with my Johnson Delay. I broke my Johnson Delay and got an SAD-3. I have yet to do that yet though.
Members Boron
I think Keeley does an AD-9 mod for expression pedals.
Members mumford
I used to have one of my chandler delays modded to use an expression pedal. It was kind of fun, but relegated it to the weird noise spectrum. I have an old crybaby housing lying around to put a delay in, though, figuring a wah will be easier to control than an expression pedal.
Members PFDarkside
I'd like to get an analog delay and have expression pedals for repeats as well as delay time. You can send it into oscillation for a build up then pull it back to control it.

Analog Man does expression mods to the boss DD 5/6. I haven't got mine back yet to see how well I like it, but i'm waiting excitedly.
