Members GorillaLover Posted April 5, 2006 Members Share Posted April 5, 2006 I've been using a Carl Martin Parametric preamp in my effects loop.. and while it adds a lot of functionality (especially to take out muddiness when playing live), I haven't yet tried it in line with my amp.. I imagine it might keep more of my natural warmth if I run it in line rather than the effects loop.. any recommendations as to whether I should run it before/after compression and phase?
