Hey Jeff, can you elaborate on that? By the way, I should hang out on your forum more than I do.

Not Jeff... but as I understand it, there are now only three Canada Post "ports of importation". One in Montreal. One in Toronto. One in Vancouver. And every parcel coming in through post has to go through one of those three. All the parcels. For the whole country. So yeah, sometimes there's a delay. Members dsquared
Well, they don't promise that the closest "port" will process either... it's a crapshoot where it crosses the border from the US.A buddy of mine has had stuff routed through the Toronto "port"... he's in Vancouver. It happens.I just find it best to stay laid-back when ordering stuff from over the line through post, as it's the most cost-effective method. If it takes a month, it takes a month. If it only takes a week, it's a bonus. If I was really in a panic, I'd just use UPS and eat their bogus "brokerage" charges... but thank god I'm rarely in that sort of hurry. Members Soulgolem
You can always ask for EMS shipping to Canada, usually gets here within a week and is not much more money.
Members GorillaLover
never use anything but USPS and you'll avoid a lot of extra charges that you aren't even aware of...
Members aramat effects
I'd ship to Mars if I could. I'm surprised that companies wouldn't ship to Canada, especially if the buyer is paying.
