WTF. at what point do we start worrying here, and what is the standard protocol for resolution if the pedal doesnt show up after (how long?) {censored}. Do you have any tracking info, or the sales receipt? I'm sure they can check to see if it's still in your PO, and possibly determine whether or not it's gone through customs...
