Dont want to start a panic I am just curious about what others think. The media seems to be hinting on it more and more and the WHO has listed us at a stage 4 alert. Evidently in Iraq and surrounding areas they are starting to see clusters of people getting sick with no bird contact. My family and I have started to collect supplies and such now (ie facemasks, gloves, foodstuffs, ect) is anyone else doing this or are we freaking crazy?

You are freaking crazy I'm afraid..... if it does strike we're all pretty much doomed and you'll run out of food beofre it goes away.

But the good news is that its only in people who live in cklose contact with birds, i.e. viligers in the far east and eastern europe where the chickens and ducks live in the same hut. There is no sign of it migrating from human to huamn which is when we are all f**ked.

If you want to panic yourself a bit more checkout.....
