Members Megatron_69
I remember buying the first POD not long after it came out and insatantly thought it was awsome. Wasn't going to replace my rig, but for demos, songwriting, headphone practice it was sweet. Later it took a dive and I replaced it with the XT. Way more features. The recto models sound like ass(I don't like Rectos much anyways but I liked that model on the original POD-better than the real thing actually). I think they added features but the whole thing seems like they took a step backwards. All the models sound less realistic and the efx aswell. The noise gate sucks. I use to be able to dial in the original Pod in on a tone in no time. Anyone else not happy when they switched?
Members inscho
When the POD first came out I wanted one soooo bad. When I finally got around to buying one years later it was such a complete disappointment. I worked at guitar center for several months and got to try out each effect unit, and I didn't like anything line 6 had out at the time except the DL4.
