I used to have a Rectifier Cab with v30s in it and from what I remember it did sound good. Hmmm guess Im going to have to go with the custom line now. Members shepherdspy Posted April 29, 2006 Members Share Posted April 29, 2006 They look pretty sweet.Yeah I think closed back has a lot more punch and thump. They are more direct and beamy. My semi-open back 1-12 Mesa C90 cab has more mids, less thump, and more dispersion "fill the room". It is great for cleans, not so great for rock or heaviness.
