COT50 Came!

Actually, how I decided to do it was...

Timmy - Slight break up sound
COT50 - Boost

Sounds Fantastic.

EDIT: If I'm playing loud enough I'll find a different use for the Timmy.. But where I play turning up to breakup level even for a 30 watt amp isn't taken very well. So that's how I"m doing it.

Which version did you get? Are you using it in front of all your ODs?

Worked GREAT on the Gain Channel of my Shiva, too.

I got the Blue.

What's next for you, Arjae?

Just a Karl and another E to go with the one I have. And a Magicboy Vibe.

Two different pedals man. The Karl has the ring mod/octave things happening in it. But yeah, I am working on it! :thu:

Yeah I know they are very different. But I'm trying to hold back and have only one fuzz, as it is not a main part of my rig. I know what the Karl is like, but I have never even heard the Dragon. Can you give me a breakdown of it?

Don't get me wrong, the Timmy is great.. There is something weird about the low notes when I have the Timmy on though. I have to trim the bass with the gain up.

Arjae, I heard your clips. Sound good, but I may be looking for something may extreme (reason I'm selling the Mojo Fuzz, it sounds great however). I'd like something that I could click on one or two times a gig and make people go

Sounds like that's the Karl.

That has to do with the interactivity of the pedal. Have you seen the swap op amp thread at TGP? It tells you how to get that fizz out of the low notes by putting in a LM1458 op amp IIRC. Keep the timmy.
