Members tocs100
Anyone know the milliamp draw? Also, does the level control work on the stereo out (say, 70% dry, 30% wet, wet is quieter on stereo send)?
Members mumford
I know it's not what you asked, but the SAD3 sucks, even at $30. Doesn't ever completely bypass, is very muddy, and only has slap back delay times.
Members tocs100
Thanks Mumfod, but always on, muddy, and short is what I'd like before my tinny Boss delay. I don't know, I'd rathet get a Bad Monkey and passive mixer, but I'm waiting for forum feedback regarding the treble rolloff on the BM's mixer output. C'mon forummites: there's got to be thousands witha Bad Monkey and Boss delay who can compare the direct and mixer out into the Boss--does it tame the tinniness or no? Members Seth Carmody
I had an SAD-1. You can blend the delay level signal in stereo. I can't remember if it's dry-mix, or dry- delay though, if that matters. Not sure of the current draw. No more than 30ma i'd reckon.
Members erksin
I think the draw is around 40mA - that's a bout where it is for my SAD-1 anyway...

Well, in that case, it's just right. No idea about the draw, sorry, didn't keep it.

Hmm, that would mean another $30 for a new walwart. Anyone know the current draw on the Arion stereo phaser?

Anyone know the current draw on the Arion stereo phaser? Why not just buy a OneSpot kit from MF? It's 1000mA - more than enough to power everything on your board I'd guess... Members Lund
Dont really know much about the SAD-3, but i have a SAD-1 that is great, not muddy at all for a analog delay. Michael

Members Brvheart5
Hey is the SAD-3 true analog?? How does it compare sound quality-wise with the SAD-1? They're dang cheap if it's really analog.
