Members SeeMoore
Best way to handle a multi-box is to think one effect at a time. Don't think ya have to use everything because its there. Some guys even bypassed the pre-amp models and just used the delays and modulation effects. Get your sound without the box, then, plug it in and try and match your sound like the Zoom was not even in the chain. Then add stuff here and there, as needed. Less is more... Members RitalinCupcake
Warm overdrives are a week point. The clean sounds are great and some of the higher gain sounds are good but the middle ground isn't well covered. The cleans are too clean even with the gain all the way up and the dirts too much with gain on 0. The OD setting with the gain on the low side is not too bad. Play with the EQs, don't forget the second one. The easiest way is to put an overdrive in front of it, I've been using a Barber LTD. It also helps warm up the higher gain sounds. Overall I'm pretty happy with it for a quick and easy way for good range of decent sounds without carrying alot of stuff.
Members FLYING V 83
Set the amp sim for AC30 and engage the booster function in the wah/fx module. Tweak the eq to your liking. You'll be surprised.
Members english_bob
I can't get any breakup out of the AC30 model with my guitars (all Fender single coil types), but I've got a nice meaty OD from the JCM800 model (MC) and a decent one from the Blackface Deluxe (BL), both with the booster engaged.
