Members MrSage
Maybe a bad pot? You might try spraying some Caig De-Oxit in the potentiometer and rocking it back and forth a bit. Of course if that doesn't work then you may need a new pot or a new crybaby.
Members st. fermin
I agree, if DeoxIT doesn't do the trick, then the pot has gone kaputz. It seems like 95% of all crybaby wonkyness is a cashed out pot.

You can get it at Radio Shack, by the way.
Members Spionred
I also have a GCB-95. The problem with mine is when the on/off switch is in one position there is no sound at all but when in the other position just the normal tone of the guitar comes out. I assume that in the later the Wah is 'off' so the circuit is being by-passed, in the 'on' there is something wrong and no signal is getting though. Any ideas? Is this a standard thing that happens? Cheers in advance. Kevin.
Members OldCrankyDouche
I owned one. I had a problem with mine too. The problem was that it was actually made. This wah should not exist. No offense to those who own/dig it. But mine had a toe-end that made my ears bleed.
Members t_e_l_e
first question:what is your chain? the buffer the standard crybaby circuit is not so good and having the wrong pedal after wah can affect the tone. especially if they are no truebypass pedals with other weak buffer circuits in it second question:had the same problem with mine, some of the solderjoints of the switch went bad. i resoldered all cables on the switch and it worked fine again.mine was the opposite, no sound when it was off, and normal wah effect when it was on... my special tip for all gcb-95 users:mod it for true bypass and put an other switch in it and have a look on the net what else you could mod, i did some on mine and i have now a much better wah and the costs in parts were less than 10$ and the work was done in half an hour
