Members stereotypy
list cool pan pedals with pro and cons... well.. from my experience there aren't many good pan pedals out there. wob (or the clone): wonderful pan-sounds, BUT volume drop. pn-2: not as many different pan-sounds as the wob, but also quite good i heard. BUT volume drop. mm4: played it just once and can't remember volume drop. but i didn't like the overall features of the mm4. maybe the pan is good?? line6 tremolo stompbox: has a pan, but also very noisy.. though haven't played it myself. diamond pedals stereo-mix: quite expensive and i don't now if it is just also a pan pedal like the pn-2??? ernie ball 6165 stereo volume/pan: seems really interesting, because you can manually sweep between 2 amps + you can use it as a aby-box!!! not really trem-sounds avaiable.. becomes hard to use if you want to pan fast! gig-fx chopper: next to the eb 6165 the best solution i think. never heard of that it has a volume drop in pan-mode.. hm... ibanez pan-pedal: sometimes on ebay.. don't know anything about it! here we go. Members stereotypy
well i own the wob-clone.. and it has not really a drop when it's doing normally tremolo.. but in pan mode.. and that's where i would like it as loud as normal or even a tad louder... Members BmoreTele
Alesis ModFx Ampliton - tremolo and/or panning. Tap tempo. Triangle or square wave, random or patterned cycles, triggered panning (speeds up when triggered, then slows back down). Pros - tons of optionscons - digital, discontinued, wants a line level signal. here's a nice review of the ModFx line with some clips. http://www.sweetwater.com/feature/technotes/issue3-modfx/

I`ve used an older stereo E. Ball vol/pan pedal as a pan pedal before two amps. Problem is that when flipping from volume to pan mode you loose gain (drops below unity) because the E. Ballsuffers from being a passive pedal. I posted a thread about this problem a year ago on the Toyz forum and Ed from Toneczar said he could customize his VFM pan pedal to do stereo panning. http://musictoyz.infopop.cc/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/4066066091/m/8951088462/r/8951088462#8951088462 http://www.toneczareffects.com/lg-pedals-vfm.htm I thought the new Flying Pan did some nice panning effectshttp://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1232629

Members HeHateMe
I really want a stereo tremulus panneur... ... except mine would be black & gold... and it would have a Steelers logo... oh, and a picture of Joey Porter on it... it would be called the Porter-Panneur...
