(There is what looks like a bridge recifier next to the power jack.) That and the fact that the Exar Function Generator chip he is using requires 10V tells me it won't run on 9V. It also looks like Relay True Bypass? It is a double sided PCB, so the board mounted jacks shouldn't be an issue. The extra jack is for an expression pedal? Thought it might be stereo, but with a single Vactrol, if it is stereo it's just an inverted signal, or maybe a dry out?
