Members ChitownTerror
I wish. These are just pictures of guitars I want to own. I did have a '65 Hagstrom III for a while, but it needed too much work and I sold it for a slight profit. Loved that guitar though. Loved it to the death. (If all goes well in the next month, I might be the proud owner of one of those lipstick-filled jaguar styles. )

Members FLYING V 83
Got this last month for $100: It's a 70s Orlando LP Custom copy with a bolt-on neck. Best thing was, it already had Duncans in it! A JB and a 59. Has better upper fret access than my '01 Studio, and screams with the Duncans. Best C note I ever spent. Members stereotypy
this one is as heavy or even more than a bass. this one is even taller than a jazzmaster. this one sounds extremely .. well country like.. or harsh.. big.. bad... thin.. cool bell sounds when picked behind the bridge. and it was cheap!! Mine had a headstock repair, needed a refret, and the switches were crapping out, plus the pickups needed potting. Still, I loved that guitar. Nasty and lo-fi, with the most comfortable neck in the world.

Some cheap flea-market guitars have great pickups (some Harmonys, obv. the Danelectros, ) but that thing just sounded like it was made out of plastic. Which has its place, I suppose. That orange, though! What a color!

Members ChitownTerror
Meh, who wants a $1200 guitar? That's about 1/20 of my yearly salary. I'd be petrified to play it on stage or take it to a show. Give me something cheap, durable, and that sounds good-- like a Danelectro. Jimmy liked his. How are the pickups on those old Harmonys? I've heard good things about them and have my eye on a few on ebay.
