duncan pickup boost help!

i have recently added this to my rig

usa tele or 52 ri mim esquire>boss tu-2>

out 1>boss od 2>boss ds 1

out 2>eh big muff (green one)

both "loops" >morley ab>skb ps-45 board>

late sixties marshall super lead or jcm 800

(depending on which band; i'm in two)

where does duncan pup boost work best?

i want to use it to boost the eh muff enough to scare the crap out

of the od 2

i play indie rock/post hardcore in one band(drive like jehu, fugazi,

etc.) and more burly noise rock in the other(jesus lizard, shellac, unsane, etc.)

any thoughts, experience ?

Never used one, but since it's supposed to alter your pickup frequency response I'd assume you want it first in your chain.
