Members bodomchild666 Posted May 17, 2006 Members Share Posted May 17, 2006 i need advice on an effects unit. i have 100 bucks and my other guitarist in my band is tired of setting his settings on his pod just so i can have a solo in our songs. what we play is metal from like trivium. i dont need a pedal with amazing distortion because i am pretty fond of my amp's distortion. i need something that can give me some effects but more importantly can put me out in front for solos. any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! If you do, stick the eq in there, and it's just like having a distortion pedal followed by an eq and then a clean amp, if you've ever tried that.
