If you're using the amp dirt ( 5150 so i guess yes) IN FRONT: before distortion; FX LOOP: after distortion; Some effects work best post or pre distortion. Phase placement is a question of personnal choice. If you don't notice any difference at all put it in front in order to minimize cables and hassle.
