Members krish
Bought a Carl Martin Boost Kick last week. Came with a box, but the instructions were for the hot drive n boost, but I didn't care coz its not like that pedal needs instructions.
Members Rid
Heh it came with the HDB instructions:D Sounds like one of the boxes the chief has packed then:D It has just come to our attention that one unfortunate customer who had bought a Plexitone, got in bubblewrap.....no box as it should be. That is no good! Niels

Members Rid
You had a Contour?!Hehe well that is rare thing for anyone to buy, most does this when they use it:D
Members Eddie
LOL I stopped using it since what I really needed was to cut some frequencies, but for people looking for a versatile boost it can be a great tool.I ended up using an ART Tube Eq to remove some bass from a Cruise MQ4 amp. These amps are very muddy in channels 3 and 4.
Members Rid
Lol ok...well it does nothing but cutting highs and lows;) Thus shaping the mids.
Members Eddie
Not enough cutting of the lows for the Cruise. That amp is muddy as hell. I got good results after placing the parametric eq in the effects loop for the muddy channels.
Members Rid
What speakers are you using with that thing?? Must be something very dark:D
Members Eddie
Eminence Legend I believe they're called. You may enjoy reading about the amp:http://www.amptone.com/cruiseaudiomq4.htm Great concept, incredible features, but 2 of the channels do not sound good at all without the help from an eq. They're no longer in business, by the way.
