Members extremelybored Posted May 26, 2006 Members Share Posted May 26, 2006 Can this damage my power amp? I'm running a Laney LC15r into a 1969a cab, so that's 15 watts into a cab rated for 300.... I've been told this can damage my power amp because "those drivers are hard work to shift for a relatively low powered head unit", which sounds to me like crap - surely it's the ohmage that dictates how much 'work' the amp is doing?
