Members jackpotjewell
I always try to say "the drummer," or "the bass player." Except on thursdays, then I'm Blanche, the drummer is Rose, bassist is Sophia, and other guitar player is Dorothy. We curl our hair, and I act like a big old slut. Fun stuff. Members CS
When we were gigging (long story), I was the songwriter, singer, guitarist and teaboy. So I used 'my' in reference to the other musicians.
Members KBN
I think I tend to say "our drummer" which still has a sense of ownership over him and is kind of weird. I think it has just become a part of guitar player vernacular. Its easier than saying "the drummer who is a part of the band I am in".

(assuming her daughter's name is Julie, of course.)
