Members edge007
Was looking at one today, looked quite good. Does anyone own one-what are your opinions on it, is it worth buying?
Members rhino bucket
i've messed around on one a little bit. guess i'd rather have a ME-50 than one of the GT series, as i found it more user friendly for an old fart like myself. do think maybe it could be priced a little lower, as the newer GT's aren't much more. Members cdp
It's really a very good muti-fx unit because it's very user / gig friendly. Like rhino buicket already said, I much prefer it to the GT series boards. The only real downer is the wall-wart power supply. I hated that thing. But otherwise it was a good purchase. I traded it in on something (can;t even remember what!) but eventually I'll pick up a 2nd hand ME-50. It also fits in a suitcase nicely - I took mine overseas twice instead of my big ass Furman pedalboard.
Members rhino bucket
my comment about price deference was/is more gear for comparing to the GT-6, which there may not be many or any new units around any more. and think the GT-8 was selling for less when it first came out.
