Members YourHerodDGC
I disagree, and which album have you heard? I didn't like them either until i listened to Spiderland while driving real home real late one night. The more secluded the roads the better. You'll get the full effect of that album then. Members papa taco
I have Spiderland and an EP with 2 instrumentals. I actually prefer the EP. Spiderland sucks. Nosferatu man is pretty cool, but the rest makes me want to sleep. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. taco
Members YourHerodDGC
I think the two instrumentals are on the album Tweez. Wait weird. It's less organized that spiderland.

Members preservation
regardless of whether you like Slint's music or not they must be regarded as one of the purveyors of what is now known as 'post-rock' or anything related to it. mogwai wouldn't have really been mogwai had they no access to a Slint record in the 90s. "Good Morning, Captain" will always enthrall me...the repetition allows you to get sucked up in a story you have to make w/ so little detail... the " I MISS YOU" in the end...well- that song should have been in my 'top 5 most haunting songs' thread.
