Members dmbfan
whats the difference between the boss chorus ensemble and the boss super chorus? which one would you guys buy? what other chorus pedals are the {censored}? im stupid when it comes to chorus. i used it on my friends amp once, and i said to myself "someday, i shall embrace the power of chorus and rule the world." ... or something like that. maybe it was just "sweet". either way, i dont wanna end up buying the {censored}tiest chorus pedal on earth and then like a week later find it out and want to chuck it at the nearest living thing. which, right now, is my grandma. Members L6Sguy
go try an EH Small Clone first. then try a couple Bosses, and take it from there.
Members Seth Carmody
The CE-5 is marketed as a modern chorus. The CH-1 is more 80s "traditional". I had a CH-1 and it was very very bland.
Members KjStrat62
Boss CE-5 is one of the best Boss chorus pedals. The best imo is the CE-2.
Members Craigfnh
The CE-5 is my favorite pedal.
Members gatordoc
If you want to stay with BOSS, the CE-2 is a good basic chorus pedal with a classic chorus sound. The DC-2 is maybe even more basic but produces a unique chorus that is really nice for cleans. If you want to spend some bucks, get the Analog Man Bi-Chorus. Definately give the CE-2 a chance. You can find those well under $100.

My message to you is don't bother with Boss Chorus unless it's a CE-1 - I'd be looking toward 80's Yamaha, Korg for best results in Chorus my son.*Trumpets sound* **Angelic Harps strum** ***Clouds Close***

Cheap and easy to find.
