Members mister kyo
i just got a new rack set up, and while it sounds great, it doesnt have enough gain for metal/hardcore. its medium gain at best. so i'm wondering about a pedal that can get me there? i dont like "extreme" distortion, i just need enough to get in the metal kind of range. for reference, i have a bad monkey pedal and it isnt high enough gain...if i had double BM's gain, that would probably be enough. i'm wondering what options are out there? a keeley baked ts9 looks like a great choice, but right now i'm looking for options under $100.
