Members dan-o-guitar Posted June 9, 2006 Members Share Posted June 9, 2006 So I'm on a crazy quest to get rid of all my commercial pedals as a motivation to build and tweak my own. Traded my Zendrive and SCOD, so now I'm down to three or four commercial units. The Zendrive will be hard to replicate, it was a perfect overdrive for me. But its gone so now I'll *have* to work up something similar. The SCOD was a fun pedal, pretty much "plug in and grin"--I think that one will be a bit easier to get close to in a DIY sense. Which leads to the punchline: what did I trade them for? Ummm...well actually, a ZVex Nano head. Always been fascinated by those and I'm on a "build small amps" kick right now. So in the end, I actually traded commercial stuff for other commercial stuff. Now that didn't turn out the way it should have Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
