opinions on Hagstrom guitars - did they just re-enter the US market?

i played all models i think in the store i worked. they had all a big minus: the knobs and switches! the volume knob and tone knob had a very low range... i mean you dial back the volume from 10-8 and it's like nothing. maybe there is some range between 5-4 or maybe 3 where the volume goes from full to nothing. same with the tone knob.

and you could here those les paul pickup switching shake.


switch those things and upgrade to some better electronic and you'll have a wonderful piece of gear!!
