2 amp question

Maybe. Chances are you'll be fine, but its incredibly easy to change out to a 3 prong plug I'm pretty sure, and they also have adaptors that will let you plut a 2 prong into a grounded socket, and I think at least that is a wise move. There's a reason all amps come with a grounded 3 pronged plug these days.

Last time I gave a forumite advice on anything related to the grounding of an amplifier, they ended up getting electrocuted. Last thing they said was, "I'll get you for this, taco....."

So you're on your own, bros. I can't bear to hurt anyone else this week.

That said, I think because the 3 pronger is grounded you'll be ok. Maybe?

I'm fairly certain having a 2 prong amp plugged into a wall socket will always carry a risk of electrocution, although with a well wired house it might not matter two much. I did get the {censored} shocked out of me at a GC from some 2 pronged Dano amp a couple of years ago.
