Members gappie
half a year ago. but it came in yesterday. a framus ak 74. and i love it. ive played a lot of different framus guitars in the last years. and there quality and prices make them a great alternative over here in europe, for the fender and gibson stuff. Members papa taco
I don't care for the 24 frets as it puts the neck pickup outside of the sweet spot. I also don't care for gold hardware. But besides that, IT'S FOOKIN SWEET.
Members gappie
no, it was not a 'custom' job. just told them what finishes i wanted and they start to make them. normaly the time for this guitar is 3 months. but some miscommunication between distributor and manufacturor made it twice as long. it costed 1500 something euro. But besides that, IT'S FOOKIN SWEET. well, that is interesting. i also dont care about 24 frets, but i disagree about the sweet spot. the sound of the pickup there is very nice. and was the most important reason to put it there. not to make place for 24 frets, as far as i understood.and thanks
