Members SeeMoore
Seems to be a good idea, having all them overdrives and distortions in one box with presets, and it's not considered a multi-effect, which is good.
Members Ultra.Fuzz
As far as I know it's digital (cosm technology?), so it's like having the GT-8 without the effects/whatever... (Same goes for the other xx-20 pedals.)

So you like digital delays then... I'm not saying there's something wrong, I just think the GT-8 is more practical - as they share the same technology (apart from a few features here and there). Members bdegrande
I sold all of my other overdrives. It has a wide variety of sounds, including clean boost and octave down. You can save your favorite four. To me the best feature is the "attack shape" control, which lets you make the sound sharper or warmer. I use the Centaur and Fulldrive settings the most, but there are a lot of useful ones. It can also be used as a footswitch to control channel switching on an amp. Too many effects for me, I never use phasers and flangers, just crunch and some delay.

It's a good idea, but I found too many of the "models" unusable. For the money, I'd go for a Line 6 Distortion modeler that I found had much better sounds. Although I'll agree with bdegrande that the attack shape control is really cool and adds a whole new dimension to some of the models.

I guess you'll be better off with the DD-20 + OD-20 combo then... More stomps (and cables) though.
Members Mistersuperfly
For pop material I think you'd probably be happier with a 10th Anny Fulldrive 2I've used some of the COSM modelling overdrives and I could never escape that cheapy tone that sounds good by itself, but won't cut in the mix. Members MadSkillzMan
i thought the OD-20 was ok, i really only wanted one for the pedals it modelled. However, when i picked up the Boss Gl-100, i quickly didnt give a crap about the OD20. never bought it, but quit persuiing it Gl100 isnt digital, just solid state. Yep... sounds amazing, I won't even use the standard mode... it's the difference between something that sounds like an OD pedal, and something that sounds like your amp breaking up.
