Members Surrealistic Brillo
You can't see them very clearly, but I use a PTP Plexi reissue (modded PTP) and 4x12 Celestion G12H loaded reissue cab in stereo with a Fender Twin Reverb reissue with Celestion Vintage 30's in it. These were taken at our show with Agent Orange...
Members murch33
I'll take a pic of the whole rig in a sec... k, here's the whole thing. It appears that the lens on my camera is dirty... Also, you'll notice that my heater and amp are a matched set.

Members Last Nerve
Bogner Shiva 6L6 1x12 Probably will play this amp until the day I die. Its the 5th Shiva made, and I"ve played some newer versions, with the bright switches even, and they don't sound the same to me. And the rumor begins.... Members jackpotjewell
Here's my main amp, 72 Twin Reverb (black-face modded), looking very slutty for the camera. I have some other amps I use when I get a boner for them, but this is usually the first one I turn on (to).

I didn't know this. Very interesting. On the clips you have posted are they recorded through this amp?

Members davenoid
Cool, GuyaGuy, a fellow Acoustic user. Here's mine: Acoustic 250 into TruTone 4x10 cabinet. I love it. Unlike the G60T, this one's solid state. But Acoustic certainly knew how to make great solid state amps, and this one's no exception.

Hehe thanks, love your amp and heater combo too! I normally plug it into channel 1 high input. I've tried channel 2 and jumpering them both together, but right now this is how it works for me. I've never really tried using the low inputs of either channel, but I will when I have band practice!

SS huh? well acoustic SS amps were good 'nuff for Robbie Krieger! Originally posted by jackpotjewell I didn't know this. Very interesting. On the clips you have posted are they recorded through this amp? yup. they're one of the best deals on the market. got mine for $200. i saw the same one go on ebay for $36!!! yes thirty six! i think a lot of people assume they're for acoustic guitar cuz of the name and the brown cloth/tolex. but the acoustic amp trend didn't start till much later. mine's an '81. edit: that is, except for the magicstomp demonstration and the one where i'm shredding. those are all sims. but the guitar on my actual songs are thru the acoustic. More info can be had here: Unofficial Acoustic Control Corporation Homepage yup. they're one of the best deals on the market. got mine for $200. i saw the same one go on ebay for $36!!! yes thirty six! i think a lot of people assume they're for acoustic guitar cuz of the name and the brown cloth/tolex. but the acoustic amp trend didn't start till much later. mine's an '81. I'd guess it's because: a) people unfamiliar with Acoustic probably assume they're for acoustic guitars, b) Acoustic is/was more well known for their bass amps, c) people think Acoustic only made solid state amps, which aren't really in vogue.
