Members bentley Posted June 14, 2006 Author Members Share Posted June 14, 2006 I've got a Blues Jr Did BillM's tonestack and Bias mods from here... aswell as the Dave Stork gain mods and the out of step mod.http://home.comcast.net./~machrone/bluesjunior.htm perfect solder work, exact resistor/cap values. turn it back on and the Master fully cranked sounds like it's on 2 the preamps don't overdrive but when I push in the fatswitch it's this garbled distorted mess that fizzes out when strings are hit. Members bentley Posted June 15, 2006 Author Members Share Posted June 15, 2006 fixed (sort of)! and modified slightly earlier breakup on the preamp asymmetrical clipping in the power amp cool biassed tonestack caps changed out for better valued Orange Drops only thing is the bass pot has stopped working but it's on full and sounds awesome.
