I just got back from my first ever journey to Japan. I think it may be the greatest place on earth. People are friendly, there are pretty gardens everywhere, nobody carries guns, and every second or third female is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen

I need a crash course in kanji and a Honda motorcycle, because I'm moving there as soon as I can

I could see the sensory overload thing. It seems like there's always something crazy happening.

Where did you live in Japan? I was in Tokyo which was a lot of fun, and I was also in Kyoto which seemed kind of small considering its population. Do you have any suggestions for cities to live in or visit?

cool thing is even in the country, you can find small guitar shops that rewasonably priced. i found so many pieces in the country, and theres so much of them. even better, the majority of people dont go there or cant cause of the language barrier. you know how thery say having a girlfirend is the best way to learn a language, it aint. being a gear head is. its pure sex. Man, they ask me about gear. I helped priced an old greco les paul last time i was in tenjin in fukuoka.

live? well, i loved karuizawa nagano (1992 winter olympics), kyoto has a lot of gear shops, and great jazz.
hiroshima is ok, but the country around it is better for sure. tokyo is ok, but i like the smaller places, seems to me its easier to get around. dunno.
