step 3

The 'guts' are removed and a standard center negative ac/dc power jack is fitted. The factory cable jacks are replaced with heavy duty jacks, a new LED is added and the true-bypass switch is mounted.

step 4 :

The pedal is wired for true-bypass switching.

the battery connector is upgraded to a heavy duty one.

A 1 Meg resistor is used to prevent "popping".

A power filter capacitor is added to eliminate incoming voltage fluxuations

step 5 :

The pedal's circuit board is modded by replacing all transistors with low noise high gain replacements. The PCB is reinstalled, all connections are soldered and loose wires are tiewrapped in place
