Members Stratotone
Just got one of these... http://www.stevesmusiccenter.com/SDTwinTube.html Bought it from guitar center - checked it out, sounded good, they sold it to me for $209 w/no tax, so what the heck. So far, so good. It gets a little harsh at high gain/treble settings, but at home I've just been messing around with my Pod XTL into the PC. I need to plug into my JSX or one of my 18 watts and try it out. I wanted a pedal that I could use to add a few more channels to a tube amp - and this looks like it will fit the bill. You can use it as a tube clean boost, or overdrive. Has two channels - rhythm and lead, and a bass/treble eq shared by both channels. True bypass, runs off a 16v wall wart. So far I like it a hell of a lot better than the real tube stuff, and even more than my collection of boost pedals. Pete
Members LongJohnny
Hey Pete, I was checking out your 18 watters, and I wish I wasn't trying to get some more inventory in, so I could pick one of those puppies up. John

John Thanks man! I love building stuff. I'm going to be doing it a long time since it's a hobby for me - we have time. Pete
