Members wro Posted June 21, 2006 Members Share Posted June 21, 2006 I have a LP Deluxe and some pedals.The other guitarrist in my band uses a LP Custom and a TC G-Major effects processor.I do not see the relationship "Gibson -> no fx" or "Fender -> fx". Members Bb Posted June 21, 2006 Members Share Posted June 21, 2006 While I don't own a LP or any Gibson for that matter I do own a few humbucker based guitars. I do primarily use a start and a TCM Monarch (HB in bridge) and do use the same effects.I tend to dial down my overdrive's gain and tend not to use boosters with HBs but other than that everything else remains the same. Members gold_soundz Posted June 21, 2006 Members Share Posted June 21, 2006 I use a LP standard with fuzz wah and analog delay, sometimes phase, flange, trem, reverb and others. No problems at all. A few pedals Ive owned clipped with the humbuckers though - Lovetone big cheese, turbo rat and EHX DMM - but I havent had problems with any other pedals.
