Members KjStrat62 Posted June 23, 2006 Members Share Posted June 23, 2006 I earlier posted a thread on a Fender Super reverb 65 ri. Stated that there is a crackling noise withing the speakers. More like interfernce noise and static periodically. Update: Noise seems more prominent when the reverb is engaged. Via footswitch off it sounds fine. Nocrackling within the speakers. Could this be a footswitch problem?? Could the RCA speaker outs to the reverb tank need replaced? Or is there a special pre tube for the reverb that could need replaced?
