Is there something wrong with this chain?

I would have a bypass box with a tuner out so the tuner dosent affect the chain, but thats me. Also, I'd try it like this.

guitar -> tuner-> blues driver -> DS-1 -> OS-2 -> Big Muff -> DD-3 -> Peavey Classic 30

no to the title Q.

some dirt pedals work better before the fuzz, some after. you have to decide. otherwise it's okey dokey.
and you may wanna put the DD-3 in the amp's fx loop. and you may wanna exchange the DD-3 for a DD-20.

:idea:

ooo dd20 yeah, those are nice

I would also suggest to place the os2 after the big muff but before the dd3

Does it look alright?

Is there anything I should put into this chain?

It really depends on the tuner, some are really bad in the chain.

You may reverse the BD and the DS-1, I've always thought the more gain, the further down the chain it goes.
