Members lefty kwan
I just recieved my NOS NKT 275 Sunface with Sundial from Analogman. This pedal is great, you can tweak it to your personal liking with the internal trim pot plus sundial. With the volume low on my Strat I can go from clean to growl depending on how hard I pick, crank up the guitar it screams and howls. If you want Jimi tones Monterey Pop, Third Stone, all that early Hendrix is there. When you turn it down you can really hear the natural tone of your guitar without any mid bump like my trusty old SD-1.I've only had the pedal for a shortwhile so I'll be doing doing some more tweaking over the next little while. Members alteredsounds
Only ever heard great things about them. What amp are you using it with, out of interest?
Members lefty kwan
I've been using it mostly with my Pro Jr, which roars unbelievably with it. I also have JCM800 4104 50 watt 2-12 combo. The Pro jr gets the bulk of the work these days because I don't play big enough rooms to really open up the 800. Members stereotypy
clips of it in my sig.. don't know if you like em. i recorded the sunface through a zendrive to mimic a amp breakup on my very very clean amp.
Members angus_old
does it use or interact with the sun in any way?
Members analogmike
Originally posted by onbongos does it use or interact with the sun in any way? ya, it gets hot when in the sun, then you have to turn the sundial down a bit to keep it sounding the same. Best to bring your own umbrella girl
