so does anyone actually use twist mode on their DD-20

I've heard some people mention they could make cool sounds with it, but I've never been able to make it sound like anything other then a cheap tone rising and falling. Plus triggereing it on time is a nightmare.

THe only way I could see it being useful is at the very beginning of a chain with a bunch of processing after it, but NO ONE has their DD-20 anywhere close to the front of their chain.

i just wonder if they really thought they had some hot {censored} when they came up with the TWIST. they advertise it like it's gonna blow your mind.
did the designers demonstrate at a board meeting, kick on the TWIST and look around the room like "huh?! HUH?! pretty cool, eh?!"--followed by applause and champagne...



...or not?
