Members gregovertone
soooo today, i decided that i'd like to write a guitar exercise book. then i realized the writing of the book will be the easy part. what comes next? -kinkos binding, sell it out of my trunk? -call/write to publishers of other guitar method books? -give up, it won't be successful anyways.... how is it done? Members Bruno
Try Analog Tom. He wrote a nice book and is a snappy dresser.

Members fernmeister
depends on your goals... ...if you just want to get it out there, maximise short term profit, and sell a small number, go with POD operations, like lulu.com. if not, then read up on writing a pubslihing submission, make a detailed plan of what you plan to write, maybe get an agent, and start shopping music publishers. however, unless you are an established academic, or have a big name in music education or some big name students, it will be a hard and maybe impossible slog. Members capnbringdown
Give up sounds like a good option.Hit google and read a bunch of {censored}. It can be your best bet. GBM and Roy Brooks both wrote books, maybe ask them for some advice. Of course, to ask GBM, you'd have to wander into that other place. It could be scary. ooo
